A.Agricultural Department: 1.Consider approving the Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the County’s Nursery Inspection Program retroactively effective from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. B.Behavioral Health Department: 1.Consider approving the Agreement with RG Legacy, Limited Liability Company, for Skilled Nursing Facility services retroactively effective from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. 2.Consider approving the Agreement with Community Care on Palm Riverside for Skilled Nursing Facility services retroactively effective from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. 3.Consider approving the Letter of Agreement with Riverside University Health System-Behavioral Health to provide Specialty Mental Health Services retroactively effective from June 23, 2025 through June 30, 2029. 4.Consider approving the Agreement with California Health Collaborative to provide Community Outreach and Training services retroactively effective from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. 5.Consider approving the Agreement with California Mental Health Services Authority to extend the Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification Program term for one additional year retroactively effective from July 12, 2026 through July 12, 2027. 6.Consider approving the Agreement with Foothill Heights Care Center for Skilled Nursing Facility services retroactively effective from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. 7.Consider approving the First Modification to the Access Agreement with the Department of Health Care Services and Advocates for Human Potential, Incorporated, for the Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Program retroactively effective from April 16, 2025 through June 30, 2027. C.Human Resources: 1.Consider authorizing the Director of Human Resources and designated staff to sign the Successor Agreement with the General Unit for a term beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. 2.Consider authorizing the Director of Human Resources and designated staff to sign the Successor Agreement with the Supervisors Unit for a term beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. D.Public Health Department: 1.Consider approving the Agreement with Kaweah Delta Health Care District for access to electronic medical records for case management and follow-up effective August 5, 2026, until terminated by either party 2.Consider approving the temporary relocation of Public Health services from the Corcoran Public Health Clinic to the Corcoran Human Services Agency building effective August 31, 2026 through November 30, 2026, or until renovations are complete. E.Probation Department: 1.Consider approving the Agreement with The Counseling and Psychotherapy Center, Incorporated, to provide treatment services for sex offenders who are on probation within Kings County retroactively effective from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. F.Sheriff’s Office: 1.a.Consider approving the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Grant Agreement with the California Highway Patrol retroactively effective from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; b.Adopt a Resolution authorizing participation in the Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program and delegating signature authority to Sheriff Dave Putnam to sign all documents related to the grant; c.Authorize the Kings County Sheriff’s Office to purchase one grant-funded marked patrol vehicle dedicated to driving under the influence/driving under the influence of drugs enforcement activities. C.Public Health Department – Rose Mary Rahn/Nicholas Montoya 1.Consider approving the Agreement with TriZetto Provider Solutions for medical billing clearinghouse services effective August 4, 2026 through August 3, 2027, with automatic monthly renewals until terminated by either party. D.Administration – Kyria Martinez/Gisselle Coyt 1.a.Consider authorizing the Chairman to sign the response to the Kings County Grand Jury Report titled Consolidated Fire Communications in Kings County; b.Authorize the Clerk of the Board to submit the response to the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court on or before September 8, 2026.
