B.Human Resources: 1.Consider approving the Agreement with Plexus Global, Limited Liability Company for the provision of drug testing and medical examination services retroactively effective from July 1, 2026 through May 31, 2031. 2.Consider approving the update to the Employee Recognition Programs Policy. 3.Consider approving the revised job specification for Assessment Technician I/II/III series and set the salaries at Assessment Technician I Range 178.0 ($3,533-$4,311 monthly), Assessment Technician II Range 188.0 ($3,902-$4,761), and Assessment Technician III Range 198.0 ($4,311-$5,259).
