Approval of the minutes from the March 24, 2026 regular meeting. 

3.CONSENT a.Consideration of approving resolution 26-02I for Farm Fueled LLC, County of San Joaquin; up to $50,000,000 in revenue bonds. 

4.NEW BUSINESS a.Consideration of approving resolution 26-04A, 5 SIOF 11001 S Vermont St, LLC, 10 SIOF 4252 Whittier Blvd, LP, and SIOF 9 Properties, LP, City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles; up to $55,000,000 in revenue bonds.  (Staff – Caitlin Lanctot) 
b.Consideration of approving resolution 26-05A, The Gan at Stadium South LLC, City of Fresno, County of Fresno; up to $80,000,000 in revenue bonds.  (Staff – Caitlin Lanctot)
