A.Agricultural Department: 1.Consider approving the cooperative Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the County’s Asian Citrus Psyllid Bulk Citrus Program retroactively effective from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. B.County Counsel: 1.Consider appointing Jerred Anthony Barba as a director of the Excelsior/Kings River Resource Conservation District, for the remainder of the unexpired term ending November 30, 2026. C.Sheriff’s Office: 1.a.Consider adopting the Resolution authorizing participation in the Alcohol Policing Partnership program implemented by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control; b.Authorize the Sheriff to sign the grant Agreement with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the Alcohol Policing Partnership program retroactively effective from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; c.Adopt the budget change. (4/5 vote required) D.Administration: 1.Consider authorizing the Chairman to sign letters of support in favor of Senate Bill 694, relating to recouping legal fees. VI.
