B.Finance Department: 1.Consider adopting a Resolution establishing property tax rates within Kings County for Fiscal Year 2025-26. C.Public Works Department: 1.Consider approving the Notice of Completion for the Avenal Cutoff Roadway Improvements Phase II to provide notice to interested parties that the work has been completed. 2.Consider approving the Agreement with Krazan and Associates, Inc., to provide construction inspections and material testing services for the 16th Avenue at Tulare Lake Canal Bridge Replacement project. D.Administration: 1.Consider changing the designated alternate from County Administrative Officer to Assistant County Administrative Officer as Kings County’s representative on the Public Risk Innovation, Solutions and Management Board. 2.Consider approving the Agreement with DTA Public Finance, Inc., for the five-year development and building facilities impact fee report effective September 9, 2025 through September 8, 2026. 3.Consider approving the reappointment of three members to the Independent Kings County Solid Waste Enforcement Hearing Panel.
