The Welfare-To- Work Program is designed to assist eligible Cal Works clients in becoming self-sufficient. WTW offers a variety of services to move participants from assistance to self -sufficiency. While clients are participating in the WTW Program; Childcare, Transportation and Work Related Expenses are provided.

Job Search Classes
Vocational Assessments
Vocational Training/ College Course Work
High School Diploma / GED Classes
Subsidized Employment Opportunities
Work Experience
Domestic Violence Assistance and Referrals
Mental Health Counseling Services
Alcohol and Drug Counseling and Treatment Referrals.
Family Stabilization Services

Eligible for Services:

If you are receiving Cash Aid for yourself, unless determined to be exempt.
If you are determined to be exempt, you may volunteer to receive Welfare-To-Work Services.
Family members may be eligible for Family Stabilization Services.
