Electronic Books

The Kings County Library subscribes to the OverDrive service which offers downloadable audiobooks and eBooks. If your device -- such as Kindle Fire, Nook Color, smartphone or iPad -- has wireless capability you go directly to the OverDrive website. Meeting Rooms

The Hanford Branch of the Kings County Library has one meeting room available for use. Library programs and activities have first priority for meeting room use. Groups can not exceed 50 persons and must supply their own audio and visual equipment. The meeting room rental rate is $40.00 for four hours and $10.00 per hour for any time over four hours. Meeting room fees will only be waived for Kings County agencies.

Wireless Access

Library users with properly equipped mobile devices can now get free high-speed wireless access to the Internet at all Kings County Libraries. Children's Room use is limited to children and their accompanying parents or caregivers.
